Brand new apartment in Sivros, the village of the majestic springs

This exceptional apartment of two bedrooms with their own private bathroom and shower, open kitchen with a living room and a cozy balcony has been completely renovated in 2022 and is now available for families and groups of up to 6 people (4 adults & 2 children)!

The property is equipped with every comfort, has a double bed in each bedroom and a large sofa in the living can open to a double bed upon request.

Set in the center of one of the most beautiful villages of the Southern Lefkada Sivros, the apartment is surrounded by a local supermarket, bakery, cafes, bars and several taverns. It takes only a 15 minutes walk to the majestic Springs of Antelikos, Kerasia and Dafni. With a 15 minutes drive, you can reach Vassiliki and Sivota.

The down-payment to proceed with booking the apartment is 30%. It is refundable if the cancellation is made up to 30 days before the check-in date. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the check-in date, it is not refunded.

The rates refer to a group of 4 people. If less than 4 people wish to reserve the apartment, a discount of 10% is provided. In case there are more than 4 visitors (max 6 total), there is an extra charge of 10€ per extra guest.
