Villa Margarita is a two-storey luxury stone-house which offers a breathtaking picturesque view in the authentic mountain village of Pinakochori, Sfakiotes.

The ground floor (60m₂) has a fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences, and tasteful dining area, as well as a spacious living room, with a large comfortable sofa which turns into a bed. A small common bathroom with toilet and shower can also be found on the ground floor.

On the first floor (60m₂) there are two bright bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed and spacious wardrobe. Each with its own large en suite bathroom complete with shower, basin, and toilet. Of course, each bedroom has its own balcony. On the wider balcony, which faces the front of the house, you can admire the breathtaking view of the surrounding area, and enjoy the serenity and relaxation of the mountain village atmosphere.

The outdoor areas consist of a lovely front veranda with a six-seater dining set, perfect for catching the cool village breeze, while the back court yard, with its own dining set inspires calmness and tranquility. Both areas are pleasant and restful any time of the day and night, where you can savor breakfast, lunch, dinner, or drinks.

This villa has all modern utilities and amenities: a heat pump system, providing constant hot/cold water and air cooling/heating as the season demands; free Internet, a 43-inch smart television, dishwasher, washing machine and ironing facilities. Clean towels and bedding are also provided. Of course, if there is any other demand, please don’t hesitate to ask for it.

Pinakochori, one of the seven villages of Sfakiotes, nestled on the side of the mountain at over 400m altitude, is centrally located. Lefkada Town is 10km down towards sea level, Egglouvi village with Agios Donatos church is 10km up towards the heights, the beautiful Agios Nikitas fishing village (10km) and the famous Kathisma beach (13km) westbound, while the cosmopolitan Nidri Port is 15km to the east. In the immediate vicinity, Lazarata village (1km) until the largest mountain village of Karya (3km), you can find supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, traditional taverns and café-bars. You can also visit the small shops with traditional handicrafts, the local folkloric museums, take inspiring walks in nature, or simply enjoy sitting under the plane trees at the popular squares, revelling in the sights, sounds and tastes of authentic village life.

Besides bathing in the sparkling turquoise blue sea and soaking up the sun on the white sandy beaches, you can also participate in many interesting cultural and folkloric events held throughout the summer both in the town and the surrounding villages.
