Rental Policies
Booking and Rental Conditions
1. To secure your booking, a deposit of 20% is required. This deposit is nonrefundable.
2. The balance is due four weeks before your arrival date. 3. If your booking is made three weeks prior to your arrival date, then full payment is required at the time of booking. 4. Cancellations must be notified in writing and will be effective from the date of receipt.
5. In the event of a cancellation the deposit is forfeited and if the balance is not paid by the date 4-weeks before the holiday we reserve the right to advertise the villa as available for that period.
6. Occupancy time commences from 16:00. 7. On day of departure the villa must be vacated by 11:00.
8. Damage and Breakages: Guests are responsible for any costs incurred from damage or breakage during their occupancy. 9. Pets are welcome within the villa but a deposit of 150 Euros is required. The deposit is fully refundable in the end of the guests’ vacation, in case of no damage occurred by the pet within the villa.
10. No smoking within the villa. 11. We accept bank transfers.
12. Please note environmental fee of 15 €/night needs to be paid upon arrival.
