Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitoes, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.
Please note:
• A minimum stay charge applies depending on the season. Prices also vary according to the exact number of guests. To avoid any misunderstandings, kindly ensure that you select the correct number of people when making your booking.
• If the size or configuration of your group changes before arrival and differs from your original booking, additional charges may apply.
• An additional 15€/day environmental fee should be paid in cash directly to the owner upon arrival.

We were absolutely delighted with everything! The house is a dream come true, located in a very peaceful and beautiful setting. The room layout is great and the view is simply breathtaking—you can even see the lighthouse! A huge plus is the location: the sea is just a 10-minute walk away. A special thank you goes to Petra, our number one contact person! She was incredibly attentive, warm, and always replied via WhatsApp within just a few minutes. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Der traumhafte Meerblick, die ruhige Lage und der private Pool machen den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet – es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Betten sind unglaublich bequem und das gesamte Haus bietet einen hohen Wohnkomfort. Die Lage ist ideal, um die schönsten Strände der Insel zu erkunden. Supermärkte sind schnell erreichbar und in der Umgebung gibt es viele tolle Tavernen und Restaurants. Positive: Ne-a plăcut totul. Personal foarte amabil si cu soluții imediate pentru orice solicitare am avut. Curatenia impecabila, dotările vilei sunt excelente, totul funcționează perfect. Locatia este suficient de retrasa cat sa nu te deranjeze nimic, insa suficient de aproape cu masina de orice ai nevoie: plaje, porturi, taverne, magazine. Este foarte frumos, cu bun gust si o recomand cu toata încrederea. Negative: Nu am nimic de menționat. Ne-a plăcut totul.

Excellent property perched on the hills overlooking the ocean. The villa has everything you need so you never need to leave but if you do it’s only a 15 minute drive to Vasiliki with its pretty harbour, shops and plenty of excellent restaurants

• Cancellation more than 270 days before the arrival date, we keep 10% of the total price of the stay.
• Cancellation between 270 days and 30 days before the arrival date, we keep 30% of the total price of the stay.
• Less than 30 days, we keep 100% of the price of the stay.
