Spend your day in a farm and learn how to cook simple, tasty, healthy and authentic Greek recipes.

Guests (up to) 8, Time: 4 hours

The open air kitchen is right next to where your vegetables grow!

Join us for a hands-on baking class centered on authentic Greek Phyllo pies. Learn how to knead and bake your own bread. We will walk through our organic garden, harvesting seasonal greens and herbs. Back in our open-air kitchen, you will learn to roll and fill your own dough using our own Selection extra virgin olive oil and our family recipes. We keep it simple, ensuring you leave with the knowledge to recreate these flavors in your own kitchen.

The recipes:
Wild Greens and Feta
Goat cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, and oregano
Pumpkin with walnuts, cinnamon, and raisins
Baklava with honey, cinnamon, and walnuts

As our pies bake in the wood-burning oven, we gather at our big Farmer’s Table to share the meal together. It is a moment to disconnect from the noise of modern life and enjoy the honest rewards of the land and our labor. You’ll leave the farm with a full stomach, a new skill, and a true Slow Food experience.
