Property Manager

Lefkada-Rentals is looking for an experienced Property Manager for full-time, year-round employment: a person with experience in tourism who will be the main contact for the owners of the properties we look after, resolve any issues that come up and handle the contracts with technicians and other partners.

Responsibilities

• Communication with property owners about their properties
• Resolving issues at the properties quickly and professionally
• Handling the contracts with technicians and maintenance partners
• Coordination of the cleaning and maintenance teams
• Regular inspections of the properties

Requirements

• Proven experience in tourism
• Fluency in Greek and English; more languages are a plus
• Driving licence
• Good communication and promotion skills
• Flexibility in working hours
• Cheerful disposition
• Reliability and consistency
