The property is spread over an acre which is just 5 minutes walk from Agios Nikitas picturesque bay and the village center, full of beautiful taverns and bars.
The residence is discreetly embedded in a genuine Mediterranean environment as if it had been spawned along with the centuries-old olives and cypresses that surround it.
The relationship between the interior and the exterior is excellent so that one space penetrates the other. The architecture of the building allows you to be inside and outside at the same time.

In the outdoor area, there are various sitting places for your breakfast, lunch and dinner, and relaxing corners with a view towards the sea, the village or the mountain.

In the main floor, there is a large luminous open plan living area with a fireplace and access to both a large terrace running along the front of the house and an ideal barbeque area which is overlooked by the kitchen. The living area and two of the bedrooms have an exposed wooden ceiling and wooden floor. There are in total 3 cozy bedrooms of different style each. There is also an open attic, which is visually isolated from the main area and overlooks the exterior and the living area. The lovely Lefkadian property is beautifully furnished with unique and stylish details. The modern kitchen is fully equipped to serve both the indoor and outdoor dining areas.
