The Villa Happynest in Kariotes Lefkada consists of two independent floors “Olivia” on the ground floor and “Aelia” on the first floor, each housing two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a single living room – kitchen area, while the entire old olive mill “Armonia” has been transformed into a welcoming as well as impressive residence that keeps the architectural elements of the building evident.
Rooms are extremely tasteful, with modern and functional decoration with high quality materials and have facilities that allow a stay even in cooler seasons of the year. Each apartment is functionally independent and has its own terrace.
All overlook the common area of the estate, which has been set up in a garden with Greek vegetation
and has a specially designed swimming pool for children and adults as well as a jacuzzi. With this philosophy in its structure, the accommodation can accommodate with equal ease various forms of guests from three different families to a large group of friends, ensuring the desired privacy of the occupants.
Embedded in the nature of the old olive grove, it is only five kilometers from the capital of the island, while ensuring a view both of the surrounding verdant hinterland, and of the sea of eastern Lefkada, from which it is two kilometers away.
Armonia
Armonia can accommodate up to 6 guests. The apartment consists of three bedrooms with
double beds and 3 bathrooms. The two bedrooms are master with en-suite bathroom.

We had an incredible two weeks at this villa. We were a family of 14, 8 adults and 6 children 8yrs and under. From the start this company was so accommodating with supplying cots and high chairs and shopping on arrival which made things very easy for our late arrival. Our concierge Eva was very quick to respond to questions and needs throughout our holiday and went over and above. She was brilliant! The villa is very comfortable and well set out with 3 apartments, meaning with a large party everyone can have their own space and own kitchen if needed. We always ate together pulling tables together or sitting in the lovely BBQ area. The pool is brilliant for little ones as much as it is for adults and well maintained. This villa has something for everyone. The view is stunning and ever changing throughout the day as the light changes. The location was easy, only 10 mins from lefkada town, 20 mins to airport and easy access to beaches all around the island. If you want tranquility in beauty then this is the perfect place. A lovely bonus was having our towels and bedding changed and villa freshened up every 3-4 days. All staff were lovely including the pool guy, all friendly but discreet. I would go back to this place in a heartbeat. A beautiful sanctuary!
